There are many different options for riding safaris, whether riding amongst the migration in Kenya, splashing through the Okavango Delta in Botswana or running with giraffe from a luxury lodge in South Africa. Africa also offers some of the best beach riding and trail riding holidays in the world - long canters along the South African Wild Coast, gallops across the Namib desert, trails through vineyards near Cape Town or trails to far-flung Lake Natron in Tanzania.
